Nelly A. Rinot is a seasoned C-suite sales and marketing executive known for her expertise in spearheading innovation in business strategy, modern sales, marketing, and intelligent technology. She specializes in enabling companies to scale while transitioning from legacy to technology-led models. Nelly excels in selling to the C-suite, advising CEOs and boards, building high-performing go-to-market organizations, and launching complex technology products to the local and global markets.

Nelly has a recent focus on driving startup innovation and building companies from the ground up. She served as VP of Marketing at Hyperscience, where the company grew from a $30M to a $1.2B valuation in one year. At Kustomer, the company went from a $60M valuation to a $1B acquisition by Meta. In these roles, Nelly built high-performing go-to-market teams, increased revenue growth and new customer acquisition through innovative sales operations, identified new ideal customer profiles, developed relationships with sales channel partners, implemented digital-first approaches to market awareness building, expanded into new segments, and positioned the companies as category leaders. She helped secure significant funding rounds, including Series C [$60M] and Series D funding [$80M] for Hyperscience and Series C funding [$60M] for Kustomer. Additionally, Nelly advised TextIQ before and after its $130 million acquisition by Relativity, helping reposition the company. Nelly's unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit positions her as a transformative figure in the technology and business growth landscape.

Previously, Nelly served as VP of Product Marketing at RRD, leading go-to-market strategies and marketing execution for over 15 lines of business. She was recruited to help the CMO instill a new sales and marketing culture and took on the challenge of evolving a 150-year-old brand with $12B of top-line revenues while working to alter its target audience's perception. At RRD, Nelly built a team of product marketers, directed marketing strategy and execution, reoriented the company towards modern communications demands, and implemented proactive sales enablement initiatives through partnering with lines of business owners to achieve highly targeted and modernized sales and brand awareness execution.

In the forming years of her career, Nelly earned her way up the management ladder at American Express, NICE, Radware, Converse, and RSM by developing innovative business and marketing strategies for global B2B and B2B2C brands, launching 13 enterprise-grade solutions, and providing strategic guidance to CMOs of top-tier global telco brands. Nelly's experience includes identifying potential acquisitions, seamless integration of newly acquired product portfolio capabilities, strategic rebranding, and building exceptional marketing and go-to-market teams across industries and lines of business. In addition to directing internal teams, Nelly also built and cultivated productive relationships with the leading partner powerhouses of the world, like IBM and Accenture, to extend the brands' reach and optimize revenue generation.

Nelly holds an MBA in International Marketing from The University of Manchester and a BA in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University
